One Rescue is a mobile application for towing service providers registered with Liberty General Insurance Berhad.
The application enables: • Auto allocation of assignment to the tow truck driver that is nearest to the vehicle pick up location.• Get instant notifications and alerts for new jobs assigned from Liberty General.
• Accept/reject assignment and view assignment details.
• Connect to navigation map to the vehicle pick up location point and delivery destination.
• Capture/upload photos with the app to complete the assigned job.• Indicator of completed assignment that are still pending documents for assignment closure.
• Real time reporting and tracking of activities for customer to view the geolocation of assigned tow truck and providing status updates of the towed vehicle
